If you have installed the secure folders using the Helm control
panel and you are not being prompted for a username and password when accessing your secure folder, please check the following items:
1) make sure you have configured the secure folder itself and assigned a user to this folder.
2) After you have confirmed step 1, check to see if you have installed the Frontpage extensions. If you have installed the Frontpage extensions, you will need to contact support and request for them to check your \wwwroot permisions for use with the secure folders. Whenever the Frontpage extensions are installed or checked, the extensions will modify the \wwwroot directory permissions and cause the secure folders not to work properly.
