You have setup the 404 custom error page, but you are seeing the following error message: "The system cannot find the file specified." when you should see your custom 404 error page.
This happens when you enter the name of the error page in the control panel as: 404.htm instead of using /404.htm. Just add the "/" to the begining of the error page name.
