All website log files that are older than 15 days are automatically deleted by our automated log file deletion process.
We have added the ability for customers to customize the number of days old to delete these log files on a per domain basis.
If you would like to use our system default of only deleting log files that are older than 15 days, then you need not do anything else and can skip the steps below.
To change this default value, simply create a text file named: DELETE_LOGS.TXT
In this file, simply enter a number between 1 to 30 on the first line of this text file. This will tell our automated process to delete all log files for this domain that are older than the value indicated in the DELETE_LOGS.TXT file.
You will then need to place this file in your \logs directory above your \wwwroot directory for each of your domains.
This path would look like: \logs\DELETE_LOGS.TXT
NOTE: The current logfile can never be deleted, so you will always have current logfile + x days to delete.
