I can not delete a user that I added with my Helm reseller account

If you have created a user under your reseller account and Helm is reporting an error that the user can not be deleted, then check the following items and try to delete the user again.

- delete all internal messages assigned to the user in question.

- delete all billing transactions and recurring transactions.
