You will need to navigate the Helm control panel as follows:
Domains -> Select the desired domain -> Web Site Settings
You should see a drop down selection list with the options: "None", "Version 1", "Version 2" in the Website Extensions section under ASP.Net. Simply select the version you wish to use and click the Save button.
Please make sure that you have selected the correct ASP.NET version for your v1.1 or v2.0 assemblies, else your website will be shutdown and unavailable until you contact support. Do not try to run ASP.NET version 2.0 assemblies under version 1.1.
