When you register a new domain or change your domain's dns servers you will not be able to access your website on our servers until your dns changes have replicated across the internet. This can take anywhere from 24 hours to several days.
As a temporary solution to this problem, we have setup a domain for you to use so that you can view your website before the dns changes have completed.
1) Log into the Helm Control Panel
2) Click on the Domains icon
3) Next select the domain name from the list of websites that you already added to Helm.
4) Click on the Application Pack icon
5) Select the application pack with the name of: Prepropagation Support
6) Click the Install button.
You will now be able to view your website using http://domainname-com.webxxx.tempwebsite.net while the dns changes propagate.
NOTE: DO NOT try to access the temporary url before you create it in the control panel. Doing so will cache non-existing dns records and you will not be able to view the site right away. If this happens, you will need to wait several hours until the cached records are cleared.
