Currently with Helm version 3.x.x when you install frontpage server extensions, the extensions are only installed on the primary domain ie: www,yourdomain.com and not any sub-domains ie: support.yourdomain.com.
You can still access frontpage files using the primary url www.yourdomain.com/support. But this is not optimal when you need to use the frontpage extensions on a sub-domain.
The control panel vendor is working to resolve this in Helm version 4.x. As a work around you can create your sub-domain as a primary domain and install the frontpage extensions for this domain.
