With version 3.0 of SmarterMail the first time a user logs into the webmail interface they can choose to use the new enhanced message viewing.
Some users may experience slowness when using the new enhanced viewing. If you are experiencing this, you can disable the new interface via the settings pages in the webmail interface.
Log into the webmail interface and choose: Settings -> My Settings from the menu.
On the Display tab, change the following settings:
Enhanced Message List -> disabled
Message Preview -> None
Both the Enhanced Message List and Message Preview options will need to be disabled for the change to work.
